Does this image look familiar to you?
Are you constantly trying to juggle several important areas at once?
Job, children, errands, friends and other modern responsibilities?
The one thing that’s missing from all these subjects is the most important of all. You.
Very often we can sacrifice our own requirements to serve the requirements of others, but without you, none of these responsibilities will benefit. And when you’re not 100%, they’re not going to be 100%.
Stress placed on the modern woman by these responsibilities can have serious side-effects, poor sleep, poor nutritional choices and limited access to other healthy habits such as regular exercise.
Evidence this year from the National Sleep Foundation states that reduced amounts of sleep, increases the amount of the hormone leptin produced by the body. Leptin stimulates appetite, so less sleep means increased food intake.
The US department of human health also provides evidence that poor dietary choices mean choosing foods that are low in folate, vitamin B12, iron, selenium, zinc and omega 3. All of which are important for mental health and help to avoid anxiety and depression.
Mold Physiotherapy recognises the impact of poor sleep and nutrition on the modern woman and is now delighted to offer a solution. We are pleased to introduce ‘Elle Health’ a personalised nutrition, sleep and health program designed exclusively for women.
Elle Health is all about giving back to you so you can return to your 100% self. It features a weekly, sixty-minute one-on-one session for six weeks with your experienced personal trainer and physiotherapist.
These sessions will focus on:
1. Nutritional analysis and questionnaire.

3. Injury management.
Together we will discuss what causes your aches and pains. Focussing on a wide range of conditions from asthma to osteoporosis, we will provide physiotherapy to manage your problems including, massage, acupuncture, stretching and joint mobilisation.
4. Health and fitness.
We discuss your fitness goals and take you through a personal training session involving stretching, breathing exercise and Pilates, strength and conditioning and cardio fitness.
